I tru...(((HUGS))) What a tough thing to go through. I truly believe that when we die, we leave our legacy in those whose lives we touched. Little pieces of us are in everyone we knew and loved. That's really what we're here for...to make a difference. Sounds like she touched quite a few lives.<br /><br />I lost a very good friend 2 years ago to cancer. He was like a father to me. He was diagnosed in October and died in January. I only saw him a few more times before he started getting really sick -- he refused to let anyone but his wife and family see him that way because he wanted us to remember him how he was. So I wrote him a letter to tell him how much he'd meant to me. I don't know if we ever truly get over something like that...but I do my best to keep his memory alive.
